Eric Dane is exploring his journey with ALS in a new TV role.

The “Euphoria” star, who announced his diagnosis with the neurodegenerative disease earlier this year, is set to guest star as a patient with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis in the NBC medical drama “Brilliant Minds” next month.

Dane, 52, will appear in the ninth episode of the show’s current second season, which is scheduled to air Nov. 24, per The Hollywood Reporter . 10

His character, Matthew, was described as a firefighter who struggles to share his diagnosis with his family before turning to neurologist Dr. Oliver Wolf (Zachary Quinto) for help.
