For the second consecutive year, TV and wildlife personality Robert Irwin has claimed the crown of Australia’s most popular broadcast personality.

Topping the list of stars in the 2025 Australian Talent Index’s Top Talent Report from Talent Corp, Irwin edged long-time TV favourite Andy Lee, who pipped comedy pal Hamish Blake for the first time as the pair rounded out the top three.

Actor Rebecca Gibney followed closely in fourth as the highest ranked female, ahead of TV vet and presenter Dr Chris Brown and comic Glenn Robbins.

As the son of wildlife icon Steve, Irwin has been on an upward trajectory since 2013 when he took out the 2013 Logie for Most Popular New Male Talent — starring in the TV series Steve Irwin’s Wildlife Warriors.
