A Cleveland High School senior has only days to live, according to her family, after being shot in the head at a bonfire gathering over the weekend.
Kimber Mills is hospitalized and her sister stated she is not going to make it.
“I do want to tell you she was only given days,” stated Ashley Mills. “We are waiting on her body to do what it needs to do. Once they declare her brain dead, she will be an organ donor.”
“They told us there was no surgeries they could do to help save her life,” she continued.
Ashley Mills said she was trying to update everyone on social media, but “no one is understanding that she’s not going to make it.”
Students and loved ones gathered Monday morning for a prayer and held a vigil Monday night.
