BUFFALO, N.Y. — The Buffalo Police have made an arrest in connection to a fatal car crash on Broadway Avenue on Buffalo Sunday morning.

According to a statement from city of Buffalo officials, 23-year-old Danielle Davis of Buffalo has been charged with Vehicular Manslaughter in the First Degree, Driving While Intoxicated, and Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, following a crash that killed a pedestrian in the early hours of Sunday, October 19.

The crash occurred at around 2:45 a.m. on Broadway Avenue near Wick Street. Personnel from the Buffalo Fire Department administered CPR on a pedestrian that was hit in the crash, but were not able to save their life, they were pronounced dead at the scene. The family of the victim has identified him as 31-year-old Carlos Rodriguez.
