BLOOMINGTON ( 25News Now ) - A busy Bloomington intersection is shut down because of a two-vehicle crash that sent at least three injured people to the hospital.

The crash happened about 7:30 p.m. Monday at East Empire and North Clinton streets.

A police spokesperson urges the public to avoid the area.
