Victims of crimes will be free to speak openly with anyone about their experiences – even if they have signed gagging clauses – under changes announced today .

People made to sign non-disclosure agreements (NDA) – such as victims, or witnesses, of sexual assault or mistreatment – will no longer be restricted as to who they can disclose information to.

Ministers are changing the law to guarantee victims and witnesses can share their experiences with anyone including family, friends, employers and journalists. New Feature
