The 1-hour special market session on Diwali day will be held today. The Muhurat trading session will start at 1:45 pm and end at 2:45 pm. This special session will be conducted both on NSE and BSE . Even the MCX will participate in this special 1-hour trading session.

According to the exchanges, all trades executed during Muhurat session would have regular settlement obligations. As per the NSE circular, the settlement schedule for trades executed on account of Muhurat Trading Session scheduled on October 21 is as given below: Muhurat Trading Timing Market pre-open session 1:30-1:45 pm Normal market open 1:45 pm Normal market close 2:45 pm Set up a cut-off time for Position Limit / Collateral value 2:55 pm Trade modification end time 2:55 pm
