LINCOLN, Neb. (KSNB) - The NSAA State Softball Championships were played at Bowlin Stadium in Lincoln.
In the Class B final, #1 Northwest bested #2 Beatrice, 4-3. The Vikings claim their third state title in four years.
Top-seed Hastings St. Cecilia won the Class C title, 5-4 over #6 Central City. The Bluehawks won the first state championship in school history.
Both the Vikings and Bluehawks won their games on walk-off hits.
