Chris Robshaw has admitted to having an 'extremely emotional' 24 hours after his Strictly Come Dancing exit after declaring 'a wrap' on his journey with Nadiya Bychkova.

The pair were seen bowing out of the BBC One dance contest during the latest results show on Sunday night (October 19) after landing in the dreaded dance-off.

On Saturday (October 18) night, during week four of Strictly's 2025 series, Chris and Nadiya scored 24 for their Salsa to Ricky Martin’s Maria, which Craig Revel Horwood said "lacked any rotation" but featured "extraordinary" lifts.

They then had to re-perform the routine in their bid to stay in the competition, following Balvinder and Julian who were seen reprising their paso doble to Diablo Rojo by Rodrigo Y Gabriela after landing in the dread
