A Delta Air Lines flight attendant was caught on video berating a Southwest Airlines gate agent for being “ghetto” and unprofessional in a fiery exchange in front of a terminal full of travelers.

The uniformed male attendant had just landed at Atlanta Airport when he began calling out the female Southwest employee for what he claimed was poor customer service, according to a video posted on Instagram by @thecrewroom_ .

“This is ridiculous. This is the worst airport, and y’all make Southwest look horrible,” the Delta flight attendant tells the rival airline agent as he walks next to her through the terminal. “That customer service is ridiculous.”
