(KFVS) - Gusty winds continue today.

A weak cold front moving through the Heartland has shifted winds to the west.

Skies will be sunny, but wind gusts near 30 miles per hour are likely this afternoon and evening.

Afternoon highs will be in the low 70s with temperatures dropping into the low 40s tonight.

Wednesday and Thursday are looking mostly sunny, but temps will gradually drop through the rest of the week.

Highs on Thursday and through the weekend will be mostly in the 60s.

Rain chances arrive by Friday night and continue through the weekend.
