TREMONT, Pa. — It’s a spooky tradition in one part of Schuylkill County—The Haunt in the Mont. Rodney and Amy Updegrave turn their Tremont property into a 2,400 square foot haunted attraction, showcasing their collection of 170 animatronics.

There is no charge to go through The Haunt in the Mont, but donations are encouraged. The Updegraves give all donations to organizations in the Tremont community, such as the Tremont EMS.

The Haunt in the Mont is open this Friday to Sunday from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 and there will be a food truck on Friday and Saturday. The haunted attraction will also be open on Halloween night. It is located at 51 East Main Street in Tremont.
