Another major Renaissance Center occupant is preparing to leave the iconic office complex, yet stay in downtown Detroit.

Urban Science, an automotive consultancy and data firm, announced on Tuesday, Oct. 21, that it plans to relocate its global headquarters next spring from Tower 400 of the RenCen to the One Campus Martius building.

The firm will be leasing 35,000 square feet on the 15th floor of One Campus Martius, which would be a downsizing from the approximately 85,000 square feet it has in the RenCen, according to Urban Science's Chief Human Resources Officer Rebecca Gualdoni.
