All those election signs ‘blocking out the scenery’ can be disposed of free of charge at the city’s bulk recycling depot along Kipling Street.
A designated bin will be placed on site marked “Election Signs Only” and will be in place until Oct. 30.
All signs made of corrugated plastic, plastic film or paperboard will be accepted. Any wooden stakes and wire mounts must be removed and discarded in the great garbage carts before attached signs can be placed in the bin.
