DANE COUNTY, Wis. (WMTV) - The Dane County Sheriff’s Office has issued a Silver Alert for a missing man.

Alan Johnson was last seen around 1 p.m. Monday in the Village of Deforest. He is 67 years old, and is believed to have dementia or some other cognitive impairment.

Officials said Johnson was last seen walking home after dropping off his truck at the Deforest Collision located at 416 N Main Street.

Johnson is 5 feet, 9 inches tall, and weighs about 205 pounds. The Dane County Sheriff’s Office adds that he has green eyes, gray hair, and a white scruffy beard.

Johnson was last seen wearing black sweatpants, a black sweatshirt and a green camo baseball hat.
