HORICON, Wis. (WMTV) - A 42-year-old suspect is accused of setting a fire at a Horicon bar Sunday night while customers were inside, the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office said.

According to a Facebook post by the Sheriff’s Office, a call came in just after 9 p.m. for a report of a fire at the bar along the 300 block of E. Lake Street in the city of Horicon.

Investigators determined a disgruntled customer set the fire on purpose.

In addition to a report of customers inside the bar, dispatchers also heard a person who lived above the bar was trapped because the fire was blocking a stairwell.

Several different agencies were sent to bar and put out the flames. Everyone was evacuated safely.
