HENRY COUNTY, Ga. — The Henry County Police Department said a missing elderly man, last seen on Monday morning, was safely located on Tuesday.

The man's last known location was in the area of New Holland Circle in McDonough at around 11 a.m. He was wearing a green Polo shirt, grey sweatpants, and white New Balance shoes with blue stitching, police said.

According to police, he was showing early signs of an altered mental status, but has not been diagnosed.

Police announced on Tuesday, Oct. 21, that he was found safe.
