A new study found that 60,000 children have avoided developing peanut allergies thanks to a decade-old landmark study that encouraged parents to introduce peanut products to babies. Researchers found that peanut allergies in children ages zero to three declined by more than 27% after the guidance was issued in 2015 and then by 40% after recommendations were expanded in 2017.
