FARGO — A convenience store and car wash are planned for what is now vacant land at 4300 County Road 81 N., in Fargo, according to building permit information filed with the city.

The permit relates to site development work associated with a travel center.

The project will also include an off-sale liquor store called Sisters Beer, Wine & Spirits, according liquor license information on file with the city, which notes that the travel center project is associated with Northdale Oil Inc., a company based in Grand Forks that operates more than 30 convenience stores in North Dakota and Minnesota.
