BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) - The area of interest marked by the National Hurricane Center earlier this week has now developed into our next named storm of the 2025 Atlantic hurricane season.
Satellite, radar, and surface observations have shown the development of a well-defined center as well as winds up to 45mph. That said, the system is asymmetrical, with the lower-level center near the western edge of the large shield of clouds over the cyclone or the central dense overcast.
