WILLIAMSBURG — Atomic Wings, a chain known for its chicken wings with signature sauces, will celebrate its grand opening Wednesday, Oct. 22 at 4655 Monticello Ave .

Atomic Wings touts its fresh, never-frozen, hormone-free wings with 14 different sauces to choose from on its website, with everything made to order, including its boneless wings and waffle fries.

The franchise is owned and operated by best friends Kishan Patel and Jevin Patel. At the age of 26, Kishan Patel already owns other restaurants, including franchises with Marco’s Pizza and a Which Wich, having bought his first in 2020. This will be his first restaurant in Williamsburg.
