Reverend Richard Coles reunited with his ‘favourite’ I’m A Celebrity co-star as he revealed that they said ‘sorry father’ moments after running into one another.
Church of England priest Reverend Richard , 63, rose to fame in the mid-1980s with Scottish singer Jimmy Somerville as part of synth-pop duo The Communards.
Taking their name from the revolutionaries of the 1871 Paris Commune, Reverend Richard and Jimmy’s group scored three UK top-10 hits, including their classic cover of Harold Melvin & the Blue Notes’ Don't Leave Me This Way.
Going on to get ordained in 2005 after training for the priesthood in the Church of England, Reverend Richard has remained in the public eye over the years.
On top of his radio work for BBC Radio 4, which he left in 2023 after 12 year
