SUMTER COUNTY, S.C. (WIS) - A Sumter man has been arrested on multiple drug charges, the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office says.

Celestino Anthony Gonzalez, Jr, 32, was reportedly arrested on Oct. 16 for Trafficking in Cocaine, Manufacture, Distribution, and Possession of Narcotics, Possession of Weapon During Violent Crime, Possession of Firearm by Person Convicted of Violent Felony, and Possession of Firearm by Person Convicted of Certain Crimes.

The Sumter County Sheriff’s Office says the Drug Unit got a warrant for Gonzalez’s home on Coachman Drive, where evidence was found, leading to his arrest.

Gonzalez was reportedly served five arrest warrants and is being held at the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office Detention Center with a bond of $35k.
