KANSAS CITY, Kan. (KCTV) - The Wyandotte County Sheriff’s Office is looking for information on an unsolved murder case from early 2025.
Around 11:30 p.m. on April 26, 2025, deputies found a vehicle parked at Klamm Park with an unresponsive man inside. Paramedics arrived and declared the man, later identified as 40-year-old Jacob Dupre, dead.
Initially, investigators ruled Dupre’s case a death investigation, but it has now been ruled a homicide.
Detectives are offering a cash reward of up to $5,000 for any information that leads to an arrest. Anyone who knows anything is asked to contact the TIPS Hotline at 816-474-TIPS (8477).
