DARE COUNTY, N.C. (WITN) - The family of a man who died after his boat capsized in the Oregon Inlet has set up a GoFundMe to help with expenses.

North Carolina Wildlife says 50-year-old Frank Hennigan Jr. died Saturday after the boat he and 29-year-old Taylor Flannery were operating capsized.

In the GoFundMe, the Hennigans said, “Frank loved the ocean, but he loved his family even more… he was an incredible person.”
