TRINITY COUNTY, Texas (KTRE) - Burst pipes have caused a minor flood in the Trinity County Jail Tuesday.

According to Trinity County Sheriff Woody Wallace, several pipes gave out inside the jail causing flooding in parts of the building like the library.

According to Wallace, jail staff have stopped the leak and begun cleaning up the water and damage from the flood.
