GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — A man is in custody a day after a Grand Rapids bank robbery, police say. His criminal record shows it's not the first time.
Hollis Nunnery, 36, has been charged with Bank Robbery and Armed Robbery. These are both felony charges.
Officers were called to the Lake Michigan Credit Union at 1820 Leonard Street NE on a report of a robbery around 9:40 a.m. Monday morning.
Police say Nunnery used a gun to get cash and left before police arrived.
Both Grand Rapids Police and the FBI investigated the situation. It's unknown how much money was stolen at this time.
