BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) - Vermont’s newest bank is getting a new name and expanding its reach across New England.

The Bank of Burlington is now “The Business Bank,” according to the South Burlington-based financial institution.
The bank also says it’s planning to expand into Portsmouth, New Hampshire, and East Longmeadow, Massachusetts, to woo customers from around New England.
The bank opened three years ago, targeting local businesses.
