Doctors in Moscow were left gobsmacked after discovering a ping-pong ball lodged up a man’s bum in what can only be described as a bizarre blunder gone wrong. ‌

The X-rated incident unfolded on October 19 in a residential block in the Russian capital , when a 48-year-old manager ended up needing emergency surgery to remove the rogue ball from right up his backside. Medics say the family man admitted to inserting the object himself after knocking back one too many drinks. ‌
