LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) -- A survey conducted by the Detroit Regional Chamber shows that the majority of Michigan residents believe the state is on the right track, while feelings about the economy still show a partisan split.
More than 51% of Michiganders said the state is on the right track, while 33.7% said the opposite. Around 15% of residents offered no opinion. When asked the same question about the economy, only 42.4% said it was on the right track. Of those who disagreed, one-third cited inflation as the cause.
