INDIANAPOLIS — Thousands of Hoosiers are sending a message today to Gov. Mike Braun and Republican leadership.
They don't want a special session to redraw Indiana's congressional districts .
Their message comes via a petition that now has close to 20,000 signatures on it collected by various voting rights advocacy groups in the past month. Those signatures are from all of Indiana's 92 counties and from every state Senate and House district.
To understand just how many Hoosiers don't want a special session to redraw the state's maps, the people who delivered the petition Tuesday offered a visual as they stood outside Braun's office in the Indiana Statehouse.
