HERMANTOWN, Minn. — A big step forward for a massive project to bring a nearly 2 million square foot data center to the Duluth area.

The facility would be built in Hermantown, just west of Duluth. Monday night, the city council unanimously approved rezoning the land to make it possible. But it's getting a lot of community pushback.
