The Los Angeles Dodgers will keep their rotation on turn as they look to defend their World Series title against the Toronto Blue Jays.

Blake Snell will start Game 1 at the Rogers Centre in Toronto on Friday (8 p.m. / 5 p.m. ET / PT, Sportsnet and Sportsnet+) and Yoshinobu Yamamoto will follow in Game 2, Dodgers manager Dave Roberts announced Tuesday.

The decision is unsurprising considering how effective Dodgers starters have been thus far in October.

Snell and Yamamoto have combined to earn wins in five of the six games they’ve started, fronting a spectacular Dodgers rotation that leads the post-season in percentage of innings pitched by starters.
