Former Bachelor winner Rachael Kirkconnell is getting really honest about her love life.

The 29-year-old reality star visited the Extra Dirty podcast for the October 16 episode and told host Hallie Batchelder that she feels like “a virgin again” because she hasn’t had sex in a long time.

During the season Rachael won The Bachelor , Matt James was the show’s lead and he chose Rachael in the end, though the pair left without getting engaged. They later broke up and then got back together and dated from 2021 until January 2025.

In the podcast episode, Rachael candidly admits she hasn’t had sex in years, since even before she and Matt broke up.
