Three men who have dedicated a significant amount of time to their NTFA club have had their work recognised by their peers.

Michael LeFevre, Garry 'Garfield' Lohrey and Brad Goodyer were given life membership at the East Coast Swans during the club's recent awards night.

All three played for East Coast/St Helens during their careers, most notably Goodyer, who played 367 games for the Swans.

But it is what the trio has achieved in a volunteering capacity that club president Stephen Walley values most.
