President Droupadi Murmu will offer darshan at the Sabarimala temple in Kerala Wednesday. The President, who reached the state capital Thiruvananthapuram on Tuesday evening for a four-day visit, stayed at the Raj Bhavan and left for Sabarimala in Pathanamthitta district – over 160 km away – by helicopter on Wednesday morning.

The Air Force chopper was slated to land at the Nilakkal base station in Sabarimala , but due to inclement weather, the landing was shifted to an indoor stadium at Pramadam near Kozhencherry. After landing at Pramadam, the President left for Pamba via road.
