Women crashes car into fence in parking lot of Dave’s Supermarket: Richmond Heights Police Blotter

A Cleveland woman, 40, was arrested for OVI Oct. 17 after she crashed her car into a wooden fence on the south side of the Dave’s Supermarket parking lot.
