My Jewish friends might describe what Rep. Stephanie Mickelsen (RINO-Idaho Falls) is doing to fight school choice to be the epitome of “chutzpah.” She was in the minority, along with mostly Democrats, opposing a GOP-led effort to create an education choice system in Idaho — one that allows parents to use their own money to shop for the best schooling for their kids.

She lost. As a result, parents now can afford to send their kids to private schools, instead of remaining trapped in failing public schools.
