(KIMT) -- Wednesday will be another winter-like day with high temperatures in the upper 40s to low 50s. The amount of sunshine one sees will dictate how "warm" you will get today. Clouds will hold tough for most of the day, especially for those along/east of the HWY 52 corridor. Clouds will gradually clear from west to east throughout the day.

Northwest winds will remain stubborn Wednesday with gusts up to 30 MPH at times, which will keep wind chills in the upper 30s to low 40s all day long.

As winds relax Wednesday night and clouds clear, we are tracking our first widespread freeze of the season. Temperatures will dip to/slightly below the freezing mark Wednesday and Thursday nights. At least there will be plenty of sunshine and some warming conditions for the rest of the work week. You
