Montreal police said they made multiple arrests early Wednesday in connection with a cocaine ring that procured its drugs in Toronto and then sold them in Quebec.
In a statement, police said 50 officers from Montreal, the Sûreté du Québec and St-Jérôme executed warrants in Montreal, the Montérégie and Laurentians.
Results of the operation, which was still happening Wednesday morning, will be made public later in the day.
