Kimberley Eve Martin was in trouble for three things the day she died in the secure entry to the Monroe County Jail .

The 64-year-old homeless woman had, according to police reports, trespassed at a South Walnut Street pawn shop twice this fall and was seen urinating in Seminary Park in May.

Warrants were issued for Martin's arrest, the most recent on Thursday, Oct. 16. She had failed to appear for hearings in the three misdemeanor cases, two charging criminal trespass and one for public nudity.
