A 15-year-old boy who stabbed teenager Harvey Willgoose to death during a school lunch break can now be named , a judge has ruled.
Harvey, also 15, was stabbed in the heart by Mohammed Umar Khan, who took a hunting knife to school and attacked the teenager at All Saints Catholic High School in Sheffield on February 3.
Sheffield Crown Court heard how other pupils fled "in fear and panic" during the fatal attack, with some locking themselves in a school cupboard.
Khan was found guilty of murder in August.
An automatic reporting restriction put in place under section 45 of the Youth Justice and Criminal Evidence Act, prohibiting the publication of Khan's identification, was lifted by The Honourable Mrs Justice Ellenbogen on Wednesday.
