LOGAN – With the autumn arrival of cooler overnight temperatures, city officials here have announced the closure of certain Parks & Recreation facilities throughout Logan.
To protect water lines, the Logan City Parks Division will began to close park restrooms and shut off park drinking fountains for the winter season starting Tuesday, Oct. 21.
The only exception to that citywide shutdown will be the upper restroom at Mt. Logan Park, which will remain open year-round.
Additional information about city park facilities can be found by going online to www.loganutah.gov/government/departments/parks_and_recreation/index.php
The Hyrum Gibbons Mt. Logan Park is located at 1400 East, 350 South in Logan.
