Kristen Bell skipped her appearance on the “Today” show after facing backlash over her anniversary post dedicated to husband Dax Shepard.

The “Nobody Wants This” actress was scheduled to appear on the NBC morning show with her co-star Justine Lupe Wednesday morning, according to the program’s schedule .

However, Lupe was interviewed solo — with no mention of Bell’s whereabouts amid the controversy.

The day prior, Bell posted an Instagram Story video of herself flying on an airplane en route to do press for her Netflix show.

In another video, she was seen getting dressed with her glam team, captioning the video, “I cannot wait to tell you about Season 2 of @Nobodywantsthisofficial !!”
