Thieves have stolen a Land Rover Defender from a private drive after managing to break a property's electric gates. A leafy part of West Warwickshire was targeted late on Monday night.

Having broken into the drive of a property, the suspects managed to steal the high end silver coloured vehicle before making good their escape. How they managed to gain access to the car and get it running has not been shared.

Police in the county have launched an appeal and are keen to hear from any one who might be able to help, be it residents who might have witnessed something unusual or anyone who might have useful video footage.
