Steven Tyler Whitehead will see judge for first time since shooting last weekend.

The suspect in the killing of 18-year-old Kimber Mills is scheduled to be in court Wednesday morning. Steven Tyler Whitehead is charged with murder and three attempted murder charges in an incident that saw gunfire during a gathering this past weekend.

The Jefferson County Coroner's office confirmed Wednesday morning that the 18-year-old has died. The teen's organs are being harvested as per the family's wishes.

Meanwhile, Steven Tyler Whitehead, 27 years old, is scheduled to face Judge Kandice Pickett, where he will have the opportunity to address the case for the first time.
