LONGVIEW, Wash. (KPTV) - A woman wanted in connection with a deadly hit-and-run crash that happened early this month has been arrested, according to the Longview Police Department.

The hit-and-run happened at about 1:49 a.m. on Oct. 4 at the intersection of 11th Avenue and Washington Way.

Officers found 62-year-old Howard K. Eby with severe injuries at the scene. Eby was later pronounced dead at a Vancouver hospital.

During the investigation, detectives were able to identify the suspect vehicle as a maroon Toyota Highlander. The SUV was later found on Oct. 9 at the home of 33-year-old Shelby Toland and her mother, 63-year-old Pamela Toland.
