CARNEYS POINT, N.J. (WPVI) -- Charges have been filed against a driver involved in a head-on crash that killed four teenagers on the New Jersey Turnpike in Salem County early Sunday morning.

Christopher Neff, 41, from Westminster, Colorado, has been arrested and charged with four counts of aggravated manslaughter, four counts of vehicular homicide, unlawful possession of a handgun and possession of hollow point ammunition.

Police say Neff was driving a Dodge pickup truck in the wrong direction in the southbound lanes of the turnpike when he slammed head-on into a Mazda SUV carrying four teenagers in Carneys Point Township.

The crash killed the driver of the Mazda and three passengers , identified as 19-year-old Yaakov Kilberg of Lakewood, New Jersey; 18-year-old Aharon Lebovits of
