PLANTSVILLE, Conn. (WTNH) — The Connecticut Council of Small Towns (COST) and community leaders gathered Wednesday at the Aqua Turf Club in Plantsville for the annual COST fall conference.
The conference served as a space for leaders to discuss the many challenges affecting municipalities across the state from budget issues to climate resiliency challenges to housing.
Mary Calorio, the regional town administrator for Chaplin, Pomfret and Canterbury told News 8 that planning is essential to make improvements in towns.
