NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) — It's a sad day at WTNH News 8 as we say goodbye to a valued member of our team.

Meteorologist Ashley Baylor had her last weather forecast on our air Wednesday after six great years at WTNH. She has worked for Nexstar Media Group, News 8's parent company, for 15 years, and has covered some memorable storms including Hurricane Matthew, Hurricane Sandy and the Halloween Nor'Easter of 2011.

To commemorate Ashley's time here, News 8 put together a package of some of her most memorable moments. Her daughter and husband even stopped by our studio to send her off.
